Becoming a Wholesale Account:
You may place wholesale orders via email, fax, or phone. However, we must speak directly to all ‘first’ wholesale orders for confirmation and processing. Please include your daytime contact information with your order request.
There is free shipping on all wholesale orders of 20 or more (any combination of sizes) or over $300.00
We offer convenient 30 Day Net Invoicing for all established accounts in good standing. You may pay by check or credit card.
Once your order has arrived in our office, it will be processed within 24 hours*. Depending on your location, your order will either be delivered personally or shipped with delivery confirmation using UPS or the United States Postal Service. Most shipments on the East Coast arrive in 2-3 business days. Shipments to the Western States may take up to 3-4 business days from the date of your order. Expedited deliveries can be made upon request.
(*The 24-hour time frame excludes weekends and major holidays when UPS and the USPS are closed.)

For all new wholesale accounts: if after 90 days you have placed only an initial order and you do not feel that Omega QD seems to ‘fit’ your customers’ needs, then we will gladly buy back any of your unused stock from that initial order (less any prior shipping and transaction/credit card fees).
We always accept a returned order.
Our ‘No Quibbles’ Guarantee means that if, for any reason, your customer is not happy with his Omega QD purchase, even if opened, he may return it to you for a full refund of the original purchase price (less any applicable coupons or discounts). Please note that we do encourage customers to make returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Simply save the container and receipt and notify us of your return. We will ship you a free replacement container with your next wholesale order.
