Q. I am a veterinarian. How can I purchase OmegaQD to sell to my clients directly from my practice?
A. We would love to add your hospital to the list of veterinary practices that sell OmegaQD directly to their clients. Please send contact information directly to drdecker@omegaqd.com. We will promptly call you to discuss wholesale pricing and ordering details.
Q. How do I buy OmegaQD for my pet?
A. Three easy ways!
1. Purchase directly From Your Veterinarian.
Contact your veterinarian carry OmegaQD for the convenience of their clients and patients. We are happy to help you find a location closest to you.
We recommend that you purchase OmegaQD directly from your veterinarian! Your health care team will know the best way to incorporate Omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants into a healthy diet to maximize your pet’s overall health. However, our supplement does not need a prescription.
2. Order Directly Online if using a credit card or Paypal.
Please Note: Ordering directly from our website is intended for those individuals that do not live near a veterinary hospital that carries OmegaQD. Having direct advice and guidance from your veterinarian about nutrition in general, including the use of nutritional supplements, is highly recommended.
To order from our website, Click on the ‘Buy OmegaQD’ button located at the top left hand side of this website. Navigate to the product you wish to purchase. Enter the quantity that you want to purchase, and then click the ‘add to cart’ button. When you are finished shopping, you will proceed to guaranteed, secure PayPal checkout where you will enter your contact and payment information.
You do not need to register or ‘login’ to purchase our supplement!
3. Order Through the Mail if using a credit card, Money Order, or personal check. Follow 3 easy steps:
1. Obtain an OmegaQD Order Form.
Send an Email to orders@omegaqd.com requesting an Order Form.
We will gladly send you an Order Form by email, fax, or USPS mail.
Please include your contact information to insure that you receive the form promptly.
2. Fill out the Order Form.
Include your credit card information, or enclose a personal check or money order made out to: Nutrition Science International, LLC

Q.How do I know my online order was received?
A. When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a “Thank You” page with an online order confirmation number listed. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.
Q. What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
A. You will receive an order confirmation message and invoice receipt via e-mail shortly after we at Nutrition Science International, LLC receive your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay due to Internet traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at orders@omegaqd.com to ensure that your order is being processed.
Q. When will my order be processed?
A. We proudly process orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and often sooner than that! (Only flying monkeys are faster.) So keep this in mind, if you may want to change or cancel your order (please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details).
When ordering by mail, once your payment has been approved by the bank, your order will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and major holidays when USPS is closed.)
Q. How fast will I receive my order?
A. Your order will be shipped by us within 24 hours following purchase via a credit card, Paypal, or money order. If paying with a personal check, your order will be shipped promptly after the payment is cleared by the bank (usually a 5-7 day waiting period).
We provide you with free delivery of your purchase using USPS (US Postal Service) First Class mail. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days, usually sooner. We gladly arrange faster delivery when requested, please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
Q. What happens if my purchase arrives damaged or opened?
A. If you receive any product that is not in excellent condition, we will replace it 100% free of charge. If your product was damaged during shipping, or defective in any way, we want to hear from you.

We will arrange to have the damaged product returned to us and will then promptly and happily send a replacement at no cost to you.
Q. Can I return my order?
A. Absolutely! We will always accept a returned order. We guarantee our OmegaQD products 100%!
For specific directions for both Online Orders and Veterinary/Retail purchases, please read below:
For online orders: You may return any item for any reason within thirty (30) days of delivery with no questions asked for online orders. For items that have been opened, damaged, or the tamper-proof seal is altered, an 18% processing fee will be subtracted from the refund price. The refund price is calculated as the original purchase price and tax (if applicable), minus our original cost of your free shipping (and the 18% processing fee, if applicable). We do not have the ability to refund the cost of shipping charges you may have paid for delivery.
Please return your purchase by mail. Carefully package the product to protect from damage. You are responsible for the cost of return packaging and shipping.

We will process your refund immediately after your return arrives.
You should receive your refund within 3-4 weeks after you have returned your order to us. In most cases, you will receive the refund much sooner.
Please consider these factors in the time it takes to receive your refund:
– 5-10 business days for us to receive your return
– 2-3 business days for us to process your return
– The number of days that it will take your bank/credit card company to process our refund request.
We will notify you with a confirmation email when we have received and processed your return.
If your refund does not appear on your account or credit card statement within 4 weeks from the day that you sent your return, please contact us at returns@omegaqd.com for help.
For veterinary hospital/retail purchases:
Unopened and undamaged products: Return your unopened item with your sales receipt within 14 days of the purchase date to the location it was originally purchased. There, you will receive a 100% Full Refund with no questions asked. There are no added processing fees or charges.
Opened products: Return your opened, used item with your sales receipt within 14 days of the purchase date to the location it was originally purchased. There, you will receive a 100% Full Refund with no questions asked. There are no added processing fees or charges.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Absolutely! However, we pride ourselves in shipping your order usually within 24 hours. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed.
To cancel your order, please email us ASAP at orders@omegaqd.com stating that you wish to cancel your order. Include your order and contact information in the email.
If your order has already shipped, then the cancellation of your order will have to be handled as a ‘Return.’ Please see our Return Policy for ‘Online Orders’ for further instructions.
Q. Can I make changes to my order?
A. Absolutely! Just email us at orders@omegaqd.com stating the changes you want to make to your order. However, we pride ourselves in shipping your order usually within 24 hours. We will not be able to change your order after it has been shipped.
So, please email us ASAP at orders@omegaqd.com stating the changes you wish to make to your order. Include your order and contact information in the email.
If your order has already shipped, then any changes to your order will have to be handled as a separate transaction – either as another Purchase or a Return.

Q. Can we ship internationally?
A. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Unfortunately, delivery to the rest of the world is not routinely available. If you are interested in having OmegaQD shipped internationally, please contact us at orders@omegaqd.com. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you directly. (Note: Free Shipping IS available for first time orders shipped to Hawaii.)
