Processing Retail Orders
Internet orders
Using the United States Postal Service (USPS), we proudly process and ship internet orders within 24 hours* of receiving them, and often sooner than 24hrs! (Only flying monkeys are faster.) Please keep this in mind when making a change or canceling your order (please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details).
Mail or fax orders
Once your order has been received, it will be processed and shipped within 24 hours* if purchase by credit card or money order. If you are paying by check, your order will be shipped promptly after the funds have cleared and payment received. (Waiting period is approximately within 7 days).
(*Processing within 24 hours excludes weekends and major holidays when the USPS is closed.)
Expedited Orders and Rush Delivery:
All items are in stock and will ship within 24hrs and should be received within 5 business days. If it is not in stock, we will notify you and give an estimated date for the product to be available. We will gladly arrange Rush Delivery if requested. Please contact us for more information.

Product Inspections:
We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you receive any product that is not in excellent condition, we will replace it 100% free of charge. If your product was damaged during shipping, or defective in any way, we want to hear from you. Please contact us at orders@omegaqd.com and provide your preferred contact information. We will contact you and arrange to have the damaged product returned to us, at which time we will promptly and happily send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please follow the suggested guidelines below for inspection of your package(s):
* Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, please indicate such on the delivery receipt. IF THERE IS ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE, PLEASE REFUSE THE SHIPMENT.

We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at www.omegaQD.com, except for deliveries within the state of Georgia. Georgia deliveries are charged local state sales tax which is calculated during checkout; 6.0% for residents of Forsyth County.
