You may place wholesale orders via email, fax, or phone. However, we must speak directly to all ‘first’ wholesale orders for confirmation and processing. Please include your daytime contact information with your order.
There is free shipping on all wholesale first orders of any size and all wholesale orders of 12 or more (any combination of sizes) thereafter.
We offer convenient 30 Day Net Invoicing. You may pay by check or credit card. You will also receive Complimentary instructional handouts to help educate clients while maximizing your staff’s time.
Once your order has arrived in our office, it will be processed and sent out within 24 hours*. Depending on your location, your order will either be delivered personally or shipped using the USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery confirmation. Most shipments will arrive in 1-3 business days from the date of your order.
(*The 24 hours time frame excludes weekends and major holidays when the USPS is closed.)

We guarantee our OmegaQD products 100%.
We always accept a returned order.
Our ‘No Quibbles’ Guarantee means that if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for prompt replacement or refund.
We believe in the quality and purity of our all natural ingredients, and in the inherent, researched benefits of Omega 3 fish oil and antioxidants for your pet. (We proudly feed OmegaQD to our own personal pets!) However, if you are unhappy with not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return.
How to make a return:
Veterinary Hospital Retail Purchases
Return your supplement container, opened or unopened, with your sales receipt to the location it was originally purchased ideally within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. There, you will receive a 100% Full Refund with no additional fees and with no questions asked.
Online purchases
You may return any item for any reason within thirty (30) days of delivery. You will receive 100% of the Refund Price for the product. This Refund Price is calculated as your full, original purchase price and any applicable tax, minus credit card/transaction fees and minus our original shipping costs.
Before you return your purchase, simply email us at returns@omegaqd.com so we can be waiting for your return. Return your purchase by mail. Carefully package the product to protect from damage. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return packaging and shipping. We are no responsible for packages lost in transit. We recommend sending the packages with Delivery Confirmation or Special Delivery.

We will submit your refund immediately upon our receipt and processing of your return. You should receive your refund within 3-4 weeks after you have returned your order to us. In most cases, you will receive the refund much sooner.
Please consider these factors that affect how long it takes to receive your refund:
– 5-10 business days for us to receive your returned item(s).
– 2-3 business days for us to process your return.
– Number of days that your bank/credit card company requires to process our refund request.
We will notify you with a confirmation email once we have received and processed your return. If your refund does not appear on your account or credit card statement within 4 weeks from the day that you sent your return, please contact us at returns@omegaqd.com.
